Hi, I’m Nergis. For years, I felt stuck—tired in my body, stretched thin by life, and unsure how to feel good again. 
As a mum of four juggling family, business, and burnout I know how easy it is to put yourself last. That’s what led me to become a certified health and weight loss coach, specialising in practical, sustainable change for women over 30.
With training in nutrition, sleep, and behaviour change, I focus on what really moves the needle—without crash diets or unrealistic routines. I created this coaching approach to help women feel strong, confident, and energised again—on their terms.
